An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 and an AKC Event Service Fee of $1.50 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in more than one class in one of these events, the AKC Recording Fee and Service Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2).
An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. If a dog is entered in more than one class in a Rally event, the AKC Recording Fee is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rally Regulations, Chapter 1, Section 3).
All Recording Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.

Entries Close . . . 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at the address of the Show Superintendent, after which time entries cannot be accepted, changed or canceled.  Mail all entries with fees to Bob Peters Dog Shows, PO Box 579, Wake Forest NC 27588.  Entries received without fees will not be accepted.
Make checks & money orders payable to: Bob Peters Dog Shows.
Canadian exhibitors & international exhibitors must make money orders payable in U.S. Funds.
Entries will not be accepted without fees.

FAX ENTRIES for this show will be accepted up to the closing time and date. The Fax Entry number is (919) 554-0519.  Official AKC Entry Forms must be used and both sides of the entry form must be transmitted.  Credit Card issuer’s name (Visa or Master Card only), credit card number, expiration date, cardholder’s name, and signature must appear on a cover page. The Fax Entry System fee is $5.00 for the first entry, $1.00 for each additional class or item in addition to entry fees.  A $3.00 fee will be charged for Credit Card Cancellations. All entries, regardless of method of submission, using a credit card as a method of payment will be processed through the Fax Entry System and are charged the additional fee.  Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt of a legible or complete transmission.

Confirmation Of Entry & Judging Program will be sent (via First Class USPS mail) to the address listed on the Official AKC Entry Form, as per AKC Rules and Regulations. E-MAIL CONFIRMATION NOTICES WILL NOT BE SENT unless specifically requested. We cannot confirm entries via telephone as AKC rules do not permit the release of entry information prior to the show.
