80 Rooms (37 Singles, 43 Doubles) have been blocked for the event. When making
reservations, inform the hotel representative that you are coming for the
Greater Atlanta Labrador Retriever Club Show. The room rate has been guaranteed
at $69.00/night. Reservations must be made by Feb 9 to receive blocked off room.
The hotel does accept dogs. There will be a one time $10 nonrefundable pet
deposit, for those who have dogs in their rooms. The Show Committee will record
the name of any guest whose dog; who causes damage to a room, is left uncrated
in a room preventing the cleaning staff from entering, is left unattended in a
room and becomes a nuisance barker, or is disruptive in any way. This hotel’s
accommodations are wonderful and we do not want to risk losing them as a host
hotel for future annual specialty shows.
DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW SITE
From the East: I-85 South to I-285 West to 400 North (US-19 North).
Continue on 400 North to Exit #10 “Old Milton Parkway”. Left off the exit and
continue to Wills Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn Left onto Wills Road and a
left turn into the park entrance.
From the North: I-75 South to I-285 East to 400 North (US-19 North).
Continue on 400 North to Exit #10 “Old Milton Parkway”. Left off the exit and
continue to Wills Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn Left onto Wills Road and a
left turn into the park entrance.
From the South: I-75 North to I-75/I-85 North to I85 North to 400 North
(US-19 North). Continue on 400 North to Exit #10 “Old Milton Parkway”. Left off
the exit and continue to Wills Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn Left onto
Wills Road and a left turn into the park entrance.
From the West: I-20 East to I-285 North to 400 North (US-19 North).
Continue on 400 North to Exit #10 “Old Milton Parkway”. Left off the exit and
continue to Wills Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn Left onto Wills Road and a
left turn into the park entrance.
RV PARKING
RV Parking will be available at the show site Friday evening, February 23rd,
2007. Limited supplies of Hookups are available at a charge of $20.00 per night.
Checks should be made payable to GALRC, Inc. and presented to Grounds Chair Neil
Martin the first day of the show.
