Please note the following policy in regard to dogs in guestrooms

These rules are in addition to any rules each hotel may have in place. Please verify with specific hotel as to their pet policies.
Dogs must be crated at all times while in the guestrooms. No bathing of dogs is allowed in the guestrooms.
No dogs are to be left unattended in the guestrooms.
Dogs will be removed from the Hotel if they create a nuisance, cause disturbance, or are responsible for damage to the Hotel. This is determined by Hotel management.
The show chairman and committee agree to support the Hotel in upholding these policies. Dogs are to be leashed at all times when not in crates.
Room reservations should be made early to assure availability.
